Description
Building strength in the low back, glutes and hamstrings helps to prevent common injuries. The Freemotion 45-degree Back Extension has adjustable, split-angled hip pads and a textured platform with heel guide to comfortably and securely isolate the lower body. Tripod frame design optimizes footprint without compromising stability.
