Description
The Freemotion Dip Chin/Ab packs a lot of exercise versatility in a small footprint. Comfort features like the curved handles, padded armrests and back pad support users throughout their range of motion. Foot platforms are textured for secure placement.

Training multiple muscle groups on the same unit saves valuable floor space. Users can target the core, chest, back and shoulders.
PADDED ARM AND BACK SUPPORT
Arm support is angled for natural fit. Both arm and back support pads have dense, 1.5 in / 3.8 cm foam.

MULTI-GRIP HANDLES
Handles are designed to allow for a wide, narrow, pronated or supinated grip.
