Description
The versatility of the GENESIS Triceps gives trainers and users the freedom to target the triceps through various angles. Whether looking to focus on the triceps muscles or build holistic strength from grip to shoulder, the option for unsupported exercise engages core muscles to stabilize the body throughout the movement. Cable handles feature D-ring options to shorten/lengthen the overall cable travel to accommodate a wide range of motion.
