Description
The Freemotion Glute-Ham Developer helps build strength in the muscles that support the spine to prevent injury. Foot plate assembly adjust vertically and horizontally to fit users of varying height. Padded leg and hip stabilizers offer comfortable support, even during weighted exercises.
