Warranty
Tornado Airbike
• Main Frame: 5 Years - covers all welds and the integrity of the cycle frame.
• Parts: 1 year – All parts other than wear items are supplied free of charge in the first 12 months.
• Labour Warranty: 6 Months - All parts will be fitted free of charge within the first 6 months where required.
• Wear Items: 6 Months - includes pedals, handle bar grips, computer, and saddle. These are replaced free of charge
within the first 6 months.
• Excludes rust on frames + components

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched the next working day for delivery Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Pallet deliveries are curb-side drop-off only. However, alternative delivery options, as well as priority and named day delivery, can be arranged upon written or email request at Info@fitnessfanatics.co.uk
Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days from the date of your order. Please note that pallet deliveries may take slightly longer.
All parcels will require a signature.
Installation
Our partnering brand offers an installation service this is bespoke & depends on a number of factors such as location, amount of kit that requires delivering & installing & access details (upstairs/ single doors, etc)

Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked in advance with the customer. Installations are normally within 7-10 days of an order being paid for.
