Dial up the smooth magnetic resistance as you go, all the while keeping tabs on the current LCD readout showing RPM, timer, speed, distance and pulse. Reach down to the conveniently placed drinks bottle for on-the-go refreshment and keep on going. You'll notice the almost silent drive system feeds back a perfectly smooth action from the extra heavy 20kg flywheel as it spins freely on the sealed cartridge style extreme-duty bearings. Finally, back off the resistance and wind down from an altogether exhilarating workout. Dismount - and if you need to, tip the bike forwards and wheel it away on the built-in transport rollers with minimal effort. The LCD will close itself off to save power and be ready for the next time..
