Our penultimate domestic Multi-Gym, with all the features of our V-fit STG/09-2 Herculean Adder Gym but with the addition of the Vertical Knee Raise (VKR) & Hydraulic Stepper Station. Complete with Exercise Wallchart.

From our V-Fit ST (Strength-Training) range, this is a great home gym which has the added benefits of having compact dimensions to take up less floor space than traditional Multi Gyms. The Bench/Chest Press on this model is performed seated upright and pushing forwards. Another great feature is that there are no time consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises and the cleverly designed 110lb weight stack (that will provide up to 220lb of resistance for the user) will not break any floorboards so the gym can be placed in most rooms around the house, providing there is enough space.
