Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-
authorisation and contact you to let you know.


Shipping & delivery information

Most items advertised are typically in stock and are dispatched from our UK storage facilities. Delivery times depend on the stock status, which is indicated for each product.

Please note that standard shipping is available for UK Mainland addresses only, and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours (9am - 5pm). Weekend deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, and pallet deliveries are usually dropped off at the curb-side.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days, please reach out to us via email at so that we can help.


We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.



Our partnered brands offer an installation service should this be required. Please contact our sales team who will be able to provide you with a price. We will need to know some key information in relation to the installation and this includes such information as door access, ground floor, distance from loading area, available parking etc. Any installs would be undertaken by our partnered brands Please contact us for a quote and further details at

Delivery Prices

Our delivery prices are determined by the total weight of your order and number of shipments required. This will be calculated at checkout:

Delivery is free on orders over £300.

Our standard delivery charges, based on shipment weight, are as follows for each supplier shipment (if you have purchased items that are delivered from different suppliers then these charges apply to each supplier shipment):

Standard 0-25kg - £9.99
Standard 25-50kg - £19.99
Standard 50-750kg - £49.99
Standard 750kg and up - £99.99

For example, an order of £200 weighing 120kg from a single supplier will be charged delivery at £49.99. However, an order of £200 containing 2 items from separate suppliers weighing 60kg each will be charged delivery at £99.98 (£49.99 + £49.99 for each shipment).

All orders over £300 are eligible for free delivery no matter how many suppliers the order includes.

Our Delivery Process:

  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days for delivery Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm.
  • Pallet Deliveries: Pallet deliveries are curb-side drop-off only. However, alternative delivery options, as well as priority and named day delivery, can be arranged upon written or email request.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery is expected within 2-5 working days from the date of your order. Please note that pallet deliveries may take slightly longer.
  • Advance Confirmation: You may receive a call from our delivery courier or haulage company in advance to confirm your delivery date and timings. Ensure that your contact number on the order is correct for communication.
  • Specific Delivery Dates: We will try to honor specific delivery dates upon request, but we cannot entertain claims for compensation arising from late delivery due to third-party carriers.
  • Checking Orders: All orders must be checked and signed for by the customer upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Pre-Order Items: Longer lead times apply to “Pre-Order” items, details of which are provided when placing your order.
  • Holiday Periods: Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons.
  • Packaging: Please retain all original packaging, wrapping, and pallets in case of return. If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of, we can provide them for a fee.
