RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at email@example.com with a clear statement of your decision.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. After this period, returns are still accepted, subject to additional charges, although these regulations do not affect your statutory right to cancel during the initial 14 days.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option). We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount for the loss in value of any goods if this loss is due to unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you, or
(b) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. Please send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returning a Product
Ensure that you received the product within the last 14 days.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the following information:
- Your name
- Order reference number
- Your address
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received by you
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
If your return is accepted, We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item..
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
