Description

The GENESIS Biceps features the exclusive swivel pulleys and extensive cable travel that can only be found with the GENESIS line. Moving beyond the traditional curl, users can perform compound movements like a single-leg standing biceps curl to overhead press with complete range of motion to add versatility and challenge to a program. Change up the angle of the load and the position of the handles to hit specific area of the biceps and forearms and build grip strength.

ISOLATION TO INTEGRATION

The seat features a padded preacher curl to isolate the biceps. With a simple swivel, users can work out unsupported to integrate more muscle groups.

FREEDOM TO MOVE

The swivel pulley design combined with the extensive cable travel allows users a wide, fluid range of motion.

Handles move independently for single and alternating arm exercises.

EXTENSIVE CABLE TRAVEL

Arm support is padded with rolled edge and seat bottom is also padded for fit and comfort.
