With the primary fuel source coming from fat, walking at a 30% incline burns 3.6 times more calories than walking on a flat surface.

Delivery times

If an item is in stock it would be 1-2 days for smaller parcels upto 25kg, if it is a palletised item it would be 3-5 days on a book-in service with the Pallet Network.

All parcels will require a signature.

Our partnering brand offers an installation service this is bespoke & depends on a number of factors such as location, amount of kit that requires delivering & installing & access details (upstairs/ single doors, etc)
