The new Fit-Start Plus electronic treadmill from MOTIVEfitness is exactly what you have been looking for to train effectively without leaving the comfort and safety of your own home. Fold down the compact running deck and you are ready to go at the touch of a button, walk, jog or run at speeds from just 0.8kph all the way up to 10kph. If you want a greater challenge, manually adjust the rear incline to simulate running uphill and select any one of the 12 built-in programmes to keep up with.
